Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room I stayed in was quite small and located near the motorway, which made it a bit noisy. On the bright side, I managed to secure my reservation over the phone with ease. The service was decent given the circumstances, especially during the winter storm in Texas. The location was a bit remote but felt safe with security measures in place. Dining options were limited due to renovations, but I did enjoy a nice steak. Overall, a somewhat average stay with both positives and negatives.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean and convenient, but there were two small roaches in the restroom which was a bit off-putting. The service was fantastic, with the staff taking great care of me after I showed proof of an issue on my phone. The location was great for my cruise plans the next day, yet a bit remote. The dining options were limited, and there was no free breakfast available. Overall, it was a decent stay with areas that could use improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of experiences. The rooms, although convenient in terms of what was provided, were a bit noisy being close to the motorway, and cleanliness could have been better due to a couple of small roaches in the restroom. On the bright side, the service was excellent, especially after some initial hiccups, as they were super friendly and accommodating once the issue was addressed. The location felt secure and ideal for my upcoming cruise, although maneuvering luggage carts was a bit challenging due to the tight spaces. However, I found it reassuring to see security patrolling after dark. On a less positive note, dining options were limited and not free, which was unexpected for a Marriott property.
